SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) Once dispatched, Australian orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders are typically delivered within 10–21 business days once dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
- Australia: Flat rate shipping of $12.00 AUD per order.
- Local Pick-Up: Free pick-up is available — select this option at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient time.
- International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Lost or Damaged Parcels We take great care in packaging our jewellery to ensure it arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your shipping cost at checkout.
